My employer for Taxable Martial Status put Married Fed/ST both 1, but I am single. Is there any issues with filing Single with it saying Married have never been married?

No, that is not a problem. The status that is selected on the W-4 that you give to your employer has no relevance to the Filing Status you enter on your tax return. Although you may have taxes owed if not enough taxes were withheld due to the status on the W-4.
