minimal memory requirements

I am attempting to load Turbotax 2020 Deluxe on my Windows 10 laptop. The computer has an i5 processor, 16 GB RAM and 350GB available hard drive. However, when I try to load the program it tells me my computer doesn't meet minimum requirements, identifying the RAM as the issue, As the required RAM is 2GB, my 16GB is more than sufficient. I've defragged my machine just in case, but it will not load. Anyone else having this issue?

Thank you for the response. Actually I downloaded the software from the intuit site. I had some issues with the download, but eventually we got that taken care of. Now I have this "minimum requirements" issue. If you have any other thought, I would love to hear them.
