MA_ScheduleY_AGI_Updates - Your state tax filing was placed on hold.

State Return was rejected (After initial fix of not being able to EFile because of Form 7206).   Now return rejected because of "MA_ScheduleY_AGI_Updates - Your state tax filing was placed on hold."   AND turbo tax is trying to charge me $20 to refile the state return even tho they already took the $20 from the federal return.

Support has not been helpful in resolving these issues.
