Start a 2025 return online and enter some personal information so that the menu on the left opens up and lets you access your past year returns.
Many people have multiple TT accounts and forget how to access them. Log out of the account you are in now.
Or did you use the desktop version of TurboTax? If so, the files are on your own hard drive or any backup device you used like a flash drive.

Where do I find my AGI?
https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/agi/help/how-do-i-find-last-year-s-agi/01/25947
Your 2024 tax return shows your 2024 Adjusted Gross Income (AGI) If you filed a joint return then the AGI is the same for each of you.
Form 1040 line 11
If entering the amount from your 2024 tax return does not work, then try entering “0” instead. If that does not work and you still cannot e-file, then print, sign, and mail your tax return.
You can get a free transcript of your past return from the IRS:
https://www.irs.gov/individuals/get-transcript
Note: If you filed late or amended your return, your correct 2024 AGI may not be in the system.

Note: If you mail your federal return, you will also need to mail your state return. You will not be able to e-file your state return.
it is a good idea to use a mailing service that will track it like UPS or certified mail. Then you will know the IRS received it.
I just received a letter from the IRS stating I hadn't had my taxes filed. I wanna know how this could happen

What kind of tax return and for what tax year? Was it a 2025 personal tax return (Form 1040) that was due April 15, 2026, or was it a S-corp or partnership tax return that was due last March? Or was it a prior year?
If it's a personal tax return, was it prepared Online? If so, log into your Online TurboTax and go to the Tax Home (it may open there.) What term is used there for the status of your Federal return--accepted, rejected, printed, started, ready to mail, or something else?
I tried to file taxes and got charge once for 83 something and another for 64. I only filed the 2025 taxes. I shouldn’t have gotten charged the 83 whatever

If you filed both a Federal return and a state return, there is a separate charge for each. If you filed after March 1, the standard fee in Online TurboTax for Deluxe Federal is $79 (plus possible sales tax) and the fee for a state return is $64.

This is mainly a user community forum, but we can tell you what likely happened. If you chose to pay your TurboTax product fees out of your refund, and if the refund has been delayed for longer than usual, then TurboTax would ultimately want to be paid. They should have sent you emails asking you to go ahead and pay, and if you didn't, they go ahead and debit one's bank account. See if any emails ended up in your spam/junk folder. See this FAQ for a more-detailed explanation:
FAQ: Why was my bank account auto-debited for the TurboTax fees?

Hi,
I am contacting regarding my filed tax return. I entered the spousal support amount, and I would like to confirm whether it was treated as tax-deductible on my return.
If it was not included correctly, could you please advise me on how I can report it so that it is added to my taxable income appropriately?
This is an urgent matter that I need to resolve as soon as possible. I would greatly appreciate your assistance in this regard. Thank you
When was your divorce finalized?
You can deduct alimony paid if the divorce was finalized by the end of 2018. If the divorce was finalized after 12-31-2018 the alimony paid is not deductible.
Go to Federal>Deductions and Credits>Other Deductions and Credits>Alimony Paid
It was finalized after 2018. But the court order says the spousal support should be deductible.
Sorry---court orders do not make tax law.
From the IRS
Deducting alimony paid. Alimony is deductible by the
payer, and the recipient must include it in income if you
entered into a divorce or separation agreement on or be-
fore December 31, 2018. Alimony paid is not deductible if
you entered into a divorce or separation agreement on or
before December 31, 2018, and the agreement is
changed after December 31, 2018, to expressly provide
that alimony received is not included in your former spou-
se’s income. Alimony paid is not deductible if you entered
into a divorce or separation agreement after December
31, 2018.
