license code is not being accepted by TurboTax

Purchased TT Deluxe 2024 today (3/12) from Amazon for my desktop.  Download went o.k. until I came to section that asked foy my 16 digit license code.  I entered the only code that was provided on my Amazon receipt (Order#  [PII Removed]).  It was not accepted.  It obviously was not the required code. I need a license code in order to continue to use this product.

You should contact Amazon regarding the license code not working and they should assist you with getting you a new code or refunding your money.
