Income Form 1099-MISC shows "0" in the Personal summary, even though entered in the business section and shows if update button is clicked. Bug.

Appears to be a bug.  1099-Misc income in personal summary screen shows "0", even though the correct amount pulled from the business section appears when clicking on Update button.

It's not part of your Personal Summary once it's transferred to your Schedule C.

If entered in Schedule C first, then it does appear in the Personal Summary (but not the total).   Understood.  It is just that this is different from 2017 TurboTax, which did include it in the total when you compare 2017 and 2018.
