This has not worked. I have tried for over an hour. I've cleared my history, cookies, etc., I've made sure my email was verified with Intuit, tried a different browser....I'm concerned that I will not be able to file not only my taxes, but my son's as well.
When you get the verification email, they want you to follow the link and re-login. We had the same problem and by following the link and logging in, this issue was resolved.
You have to verify the email that you already have on file. Go to the bottom left hand corner, find "Intuit Account" and select it. Then go to "Sign-In and Security". Then you will see the option to verify your email address or to enter your email.
When you get the verification email, you need to follow the link and login again to resolve this issue.

I had already verified the email address, and had followed the help article, but today I went to the email again, clicked it (took me to a page that said it was already verified), went to file again and it worked. Only other change was that I was on a different wifi on a different day. So not sure what was going on but very grateful it went through!
have you figured it out? same issue here and both my email AND phone number are already verified
