It has been 5 WEEKS and turbo refuses to send me my turbocard

It has been 5 WEEKS, yes 5 WEEKS and I have still not received my turbo card. First after 2-3 weeks I tried calling and couldn't get through to a representative and it said it was at the post office over a week. Then i checked the post office 3 TIMES and they said it was NOT there. Then it got RETURNED so it finally let me connect to someone and they had the correct address on file. They told me they would resend it and do expedited shipping and I'd get it Wednesday,  it has been over a week again and 3 days PAST the arrival date they told me and still nothing. To top it off, when I call it says it is STILL BEING MADE and will take 7 BUSINESS DAYS after it is sent and it has said that since last Saturday and I got an email saying the card was being printed Saturday. how has it been 7 days since being printed and it is STILL being printed?? You are loosing a customer of 5 years and a customer of 2 years over this. Never will I use turbo tax again. And if I don't receive my card within the next couple days or get offered a way to deposit it into another account,  I will report turbo to the IRS for fraud and possibly theft and may file a lawsuit. Not only have you guys withheld my tax return, but my government Stimilus TOO and we are all out of work right now and I'm dying without an income and you guys couldn't care less. If this is not handled immediately I will take care of it PERSONALLY.

Customer care  for TurboCard  (888) 285-4169  - You can contact support through that link to get this resolved.  

 

 

 

The IRS is sending stimulus payments to eligible taxpayers who filed a tax return in either 2019 or 2018 and chose direct deposit and is depositing some stimulus payments onto Turbo Visa® Debit Cards.

 

Refund Advance or Turbo Visa® Debit Card customers should receive their stimulus payments without delay.

 

If your stimulus payment was deposited to your Turbo Card, text BAL XXXX (XXXX are the last 4 digits of your card number) to 43411 to get your available balance.

You can also check the status of your stimulus payment through the IRS Get My Payment site.

To protect cardholders and prevent fraud we enforce the following rules: (a) a new card account may only be issued to a tax filer with a valid name, street address, Social Security number, phone, and email combination, and (b) the number of card accounts issued to the same street or email address is limited. Violating one or both of these rules will result in the cancelation of one or more card accounts. The Turbo Visa Debit Card will be issued under the name of the primary filer on the tax return.

I have been asking for a new card but can’t seem to get no support I have unspent tax money

What card exactly are you asking about ?    The old TurboTax debit card ?  They were discontinued a couple of years ago.
