Try logging in to "Where's my refund" on the IRS.gov website instead of using the app. Note the IRS started processing returns in 2/12 so the first wave of refunds has just started to be released. Also, if you used a portion of your refund to pay your TurboTax fees, your refund is routed to our partner bank and from there is directly deposited into your account. Click Here to check on your refund.
We don't have specific information on the income qualifications or procedures for the third stimulus payment because the measure hasn't been passed yet. However, If you had issues receiving your earlier stimulus, then the best way to ensure that you are one of the first to receive any future stimulus payments is to file your 2020 tax return as early as possible and use direct deposit so that the IRS will have your updated information.
You can find the most up to date information from the IRS here, and updates from TurboTax here as they develop.
Mine is also doing that
before It was telling me It at least was received but now it keeps telling me I’m putting in wrong info and I’m sure it’s right ...
What’s going on
This is normal. It can take anywhere from a few days to 3 weeks to update. The IRS began processing returns on 2/12, you may not find a record of it or the website may say that you have put in incorrect information when tracking your federal refund. As your return moves through the system, the status of it will be updated. Continue checking the Where’s My Federal Refund tool for updates. Updates are made daily, usually overnight.

Tax Season Refund Frequently Asked Questions
So weird. My wife's "check my refund" says I'm entering invalid information but my "check my refund" shows accepted even though I filed over a week after my wife. It doesn't let me check on the website, app, or phone hotline.
Did you guys file jointly? If so only one social security number will pull up this information in the system.
No we filed married filing separately
Mines alway said "information doesn't match what's on file"
but my turbo account shows accepted
Ugh. I just want to know if I need to be fixing anything
Same. So frustrating.
I am having the same issue, last week irs2go said Accepted but not it says info doesn't match.
I called the 800 number you provided and it says Accepted
Thanks
The IRS2Go app and website can take up to a week to update. This includes when you have filed and your return has been accepted, but the webiste and the app give you a message stating that your information does not match. If your information was correct, and you were able to efile, don't be concerned for now. Please continue to check back with them daily, and watch your email for notification from TurboTax. Our emails are automatically sent to you when information is received from the IRS.
Mine says still processing and I filed over 23 days ago?

How long has it been since it was accepted for processing? If it has been longer than 21 days since accepted, here's how to phone the IRS to speak to a live agent, if you wish to inquire about your delay.
IRS: 800-829-1040 (7AM-7 PM local time) Monday-Friday
When calling the IRS do not choose the first choice re: "Refund", or it will send you to an automated phone line.
It was accepted on 2/10/21
Mine was accepted 74 days ago. Been stuck in processing ever since. Then a few days ago the app and IRS website started telling me that my information is wrong, or it cant show me my information right now.
Its also being a pain about creating an IDme account so I can opt out of those advanced child tax credits. It refuses to verify my ID. Keeps wanting me to go on a video call to give more forms of ID which I dont currently have access to. Vexing.
First make sure you are using the original refund amount when checking on the WMR? tool. Next as the return goes thru the processing pipeline it can go "missing" from time to time and that is normal. Only check every few days for a progress report.
