Married filed Jointly, my Federal return has been rejected with a 31-04 error. We verified via the IRS transcript that our combined AGI is correct, but I am being asked to enter my spouse's AGI. Since we filed jointly, there is no separate AGI for my spouse or me. We also tried entering $0. Unfortunately, neither the last year's AGI nor Zero AGI works. I paid Intuit $25 to efile my state taxes, but my state was rejected because the Federal is rejected. Last year, I entered an AGI of 0 when I got this error, but that is not working this year.
How do I get my $25 efile payment back from Intuit? Or how do I determine my spouse's AGI for a 'married filed jointly return?

If it was rejected for AGI—-be aware that many 2021 returns took so long for the IRS to process that your 2021 AGI might not be in the IRS system. Try using zero instead.
If filing with zero is rejected then file again but select the option that you did not file last year. The IRS does not see that question and it will allow you to e-file with no AGI question.

If that does not work and you still cannot e-file, then print, sign, and mail your tax return.
You will need to contact TurboTax support to get the e-file fee payment either cancelled or refunded. Use the key words Billing Issue
See this TurboTax support FAQ for contacting support - https://ttlc.intuit.com/turbotax-support/en-us/help-article/account-management/turbotax-phone-number...
Support can also be reached by messaging them on these pages https://www.facebook.com/turbotax/ and https://twitter.com/TeamTurboTax
No one in the user forum can resolve a billing issue. If you have a question about your TurboTax fees or billing, make sure you use the word “billing” in your request for help. Do not use the word “refund.”

Where do I find the box to uncheck that I filed last year in Turbo Tax desktop Windows?
Thanks

CD/Download instructions for E-file reject IND-031-04 or IND-032-04: The AGI or Self-select PIN from last year doesn't match IRS records.
Totally doesn't help. There is no place to see or access a return online if you've done it via a downloaded product. My AGI is correct and I still cannot efile. This is so frustrating. I don't have a way to print. There's always something that goes haywire. From what I am reading this is TurboTax issue, not a government issue.
@LoriAshcraft Have you tried entering a 0 (zero) for the 2021 AGI and then e-file the 2022 tax return again?
