I would really appreciate a help PHONE NUMBER
I purchased a Turbo Tax Premier CD from Costco. I had never used Turbo Tax before. When I was ready to start, I opened my computer and entered Turbo Tax in the browser and it led me to the on-line version. I started answering the questions and before I knew it I was well into entering my tax information. I have always had an accountant do my taxes so I had no information on-line to download. I figured I'd enter my code # at the end. But when I got to the end I wanted to see a draft version before I actually filed my taxes and I was not able to make a draft copy unless I paid first. I already paid Costco for the disc and didn't want to pay anymore.
I decided I'd use the CD and download my now completed return into my desk top version. This not possible either.
How can I transfer my completed tax return from TurboTax.com to my desktop tax return forms so I can then print a draft copy, check it over and then file it with the IRS and California?

You made a mistake and used online TurboTax after paying for desktop software. You will need help from customer support to move your data to the desktop software.
