No one in the user forum can resolve a billing issue. If you have a question about your TurboTax fees or billing, make sure you use the word “billing” in your request for help. Do not use the word “refund.”

Did you do a state return? State is a separate fee and might be the same amount so it looks like you got charged twice. Or did you buy the Desktop program but got charged again for the Online version? That happens.
Did your credit card get charged twice or were the fees deducted from your refund?

This looks like a Deluxe online account issue with a state return included issue where each one is $39.
