If you have not paid for the online edition you are using, have not filed your tax return or registered the Free edition, then you can clear your return. Click on Tax Tools on the left side of the program screen while working on the 2023 online tax return. Click on Clear & Start Over.

If you haven't filed you can just leave and abandon it.  You can try to clear it.  You can not delete Accounts.

TurboTax accounts cannot be deleted.   You can clear out the data you entered if you have not registered, paid or e-filed.

CLEAR AND START OVER. (you do not have to start over if you do not want to)
