I need to find out how to get turbo to mail my 2019 federal refund to my current address since I never received it July 2020. It was mailed to my old address and I never received it. I have information on check number amount the check is and date

@487743187 TurboTax does not mail your tax refund to you.  In fact TurboTax never touches your refund ever--at all.   Your income tax refund comes from the IRS or your state.  If you changed addresses then you need to send a change of address to the IRS and possibly to the state.

@487743187 Changing your address with the IRS is done by mail.    You do not have to talk to a live rep.  Please read the reply  given to you more carefully.    TurboTax does not have your tax refund.

I spoke with the irs and they told me to contact turbo about my 2019 federal refund since they sent it to my old address I have updated my address since I moved I still haven’t received it. The lady that lives at my old address received it and either cashed it or kept it.

The irs did trace it. I updated my address with the irs through my account and they have my new address now as of July 2020 when my federal refund was direct deposit but my bank rejected it and sent it back to turbo. Irs don’t have it they said turbo or Santa Barbara has it.

I just need to know where my money is and how to get it mailed to me. That’s all I want. It’s a very large amount.

I guess I need to call turbo bank and have them send me a check. I have proof I have not received it. I filled out 2 emdenity bond forms  how do I contact Santa Barbara bank?

@487743187 Wait---so now you are saying that you used the third party bank to remove your TurboTax fees and send your refund to you?   

Your tax refund was not sent to TurboTax.   TurboTax does not handle your refund at all.

Santa Barbara Tax Products Group, LLC  (SBTPG) is the bank that handles the Refund Processing Service when you choose to have your TurboTax fees deducted from your refund. This option also has an additional charge from the bank that processes the transaction.
