@487743187 TurboTax does not mail your tax refund to you. In fact TurboTax never touches your refund ever--at all. Your income tax refund comes from the IRS or your state. If you changed addresses then you need to send a change of address to the IRS and possibly to the state.

If you did not receive a tax refund check that was mailed to you by the IRS then have the IRS trace the check.
