I need to recover the hours manual edits on 1099-B that got lost because I imported my form (again)? Turbotax prompted me to import "Fidelity", but it was in as NFS LLC

If you import from Fidelity the cost basis is not automatically populated and you need to manually input it. I did such for way too many hours to go through all my transactions. This form was then ready in my Turbotax as "National Financial Services LLC". At the same time, Turbotax was telling me that I need to also import "Fidelity" as I did last year. Many days later I clicked that to doublecheck that I did not forget any form, and that import was of course the same "National Financial Services LLC" and it replaced my previous forms and all the hours I spent on manual edits. Moreover, there is no human I can contact for such issues, even in the basic paid version. I only get some AI chat bot that cant help me recover anything.
