I need to find the proof of payment of my 2020 taxes. Where can I find that in the turbotax site or IRS site?

Your proof of payment for taxes owed will be your cancelled check, bank account statement or credit card statement, depending on how you elected to pay the taxes owed.

TurboTax nor the IRS will have a receipt for taxes paid.

Your only proof will be your own bank or credit card statement or cancelled check.  TurboTax never knows how, when or even if you paid your tax due.    You can also check your IRS account online.
