I need my agi. I filled with turbotax last year but forgot my account so I had to start a new one. Now all my info is connected to my new account and it won't let me look at my last years refund to get the age to e-file.

The easiest way to access your AGI information is by logging in with the email you used last year (2015).

If you don't remember the email address/account information associated with your 2015 account, you can use the account recovery tool to access this information- https://myturbotax.intuit.com/account-recovery/.

You can also access your AGI by contacting the IRS directly at 1-800-829-1040.

The 2018 AGI is on the 2018 Federal tax return you filed on Line 7

https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/agi/help/how-do-i-find-last-year-s-agi/01/25947

To access your current or prior year tax returns sign onto the TurboTax website with the userID you used to create the account - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/

Scroll down to the bottom of the screen and on the section Your tax returns & documents click on Show.  Click on the Year and Click on View adjusted gross income (AGI)

Or go to this IRS website for free federal tax return transcripts - https://www.irs.gov/individuals/get-transcript

If your tax return continues to be rejected with the 2018 AGI then enter a 0 (zero) for the AGI and e-file again.

If this is also rejected then you will have to print and mail the tax return.

See this TurboTax support FAQ for printing a tax return for mailing - https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/printing/help/how-do-i-print-and-mail-my-return-in-turbotax-online...

You can go to the IRS online and download a transcript of your tax return from 2018 that will show your AGI as follows:

If you filed your 2019 taxes with TurboTax you will be able to find your AGI there. Sign in to your TurboTax account and go down to Your tax returns & documents. Select View adjusted gross income (AGI).

I need my Agi tax return from last year

I need my agi. I filled with turbotax last year but forgot my account so I had to start a new one. Now all my info is connected to my new account and it won't let me look at my last years refund to get the age to e-file.

You need your 2020 AGI to efile 2021. The AGI is on 2020 1040 line 11. If you filed a Joint return you use the same AGI for each spouse.

How to find the AGI.
https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/agi/help/how-do-i-find-last-year-s-agi/01/25947

If you didn't file 2020 or filed it later in the year or mailed it, then try entering 0 for the AGI. If that doesn't work you will have to print and mail your return.

Or request a transcript from the IRS
