I need customer support now

TurboTax gives you an estimated date for receiving your refund based on a 21 day average from your date of acceptance, but it can take longer.

Once your federal return has been accepted by the IRS, only the IRS has any control. TurboTax does not receive any updates from the IRS. Your ONLY source of information about your refund now is the IRS.

You need your filing status, your Social Security number and the exact amount  (line 20 of your Form 1040) of your federal refund to track your Federal refund:   

https://www.irs.gov/refunds

To track your state refund:    

https://ttlc.intuit.com/questions/1899433-how-do-i-track-my-state-refund

On the IRS site you are also offered the use of an app called IRS2Go

If you chose to have your TurboTax fees deducted from your federal refund, that will take some extra time, while the third party bank handles the refund processing.

I need customer support now

I recieved my debit card and it will not let me activate it. Says it not registered to my social security number. Online says that it is a invalid number. I keep calling you guys say it’s right well it’s not.

@joyeforman No one can call you.  If you want to clear your return:

 

CLEAR AND START OVER

Or--just abandon the account.  No one else can access it.

 

Oh wait---I read up higher in the thread where you said you mailed the return.  If you actually put the return in an envelope and took it to a mailbox, you cannot get it back.

Thank you for sending some information.  I mailed my taxes by mail box, Post.  I will try harder to do my taxes next year with you folks.  My husband passed away, and some time I have to rethink things.  Joye
