I appear to be in an endless loop. 

I was on the page to {Purchase by Phone} I've tried several variations to Pay the extra STATE efiling, but and I've been trying to get the State EFile Confirmation Number, but NO LUCK 

I want to charge the efile cost to my credit card abut all I can get at the phone number they've given me is various email problems
