I mistakenly upgraded to Premium, and now wish to downgrade. There is no 'switch product' option, only "upgrade." I want the free version. Thanks.

I need to downgrade my product from Premium to Free. There is no option allowing me to do so.

That link is a little dated, at least to the online editions I use as a test account. There is no Switch Products link.

The procedure would be to Click on Tax Tools on the left side of the online program screen.

Then Click on Switch to Free Edition or Clear & Start Over
