How do I downgrade to a different TurboTax Online product?

Follow these steps to downgrade to a different TurboTax Online product:
Open your return if you haven't already.
In the left menu, select Switch Products.
Select Downgrade.
Note: TurboTax Free Edition is for taxpayers with simple Form 1040 returns only (no forms or schedules, except for EITC, CTC, student loan interest, and Schedule 1-A). 37% of taxpayers qualify. If we detect that your tax situation requires expanded coverage, like deductions for owning a home, unemployment income, or self-employment income, we'll prompt you to upgrade to a version that supports the forms you need.
You can also clear and start over to switch to a different product. This option erases your information to give you a fresh start in the new product you've chosen.
