I lived the first part of 2024 in new hampshire. I moved to ohio.New hampshire doesn't have w2s.They have 1099Rs.How do i enter these?

The w2 can be imported or typed in manually. See How do I import or enter my W-2? or How do I manually enter my W-2?

A 1099-R is used for retirement distributions. A w2 is used for earned income.
