Usually the IRS phone agents will not be able to give you any updates until after the 60 days has passed. Once that happens call the number on your letter to get an update.

TurboTax does not receive updates on tax returns that have been filed. With the current situation the IRS is working with a reduced workforce so processing times are longer.
