I was charged for self employed and I was not self employed I only filed single it was approved 2xs and I have not received my money back

I am being billed for turbo tax, I cancelled both Turbo Tax and Intuit last year on 11/17/21. Please remove your charge on my B of A Card.  Thank You,

No one in this TurboTax user forum can assist you with an account problem.  You will have to contact TurboTax support for assistance.  Use the key words Billing Issue.

If you missed the cancelation deadline for this year's TurboTax product, simply wait until you receive your CD or download, then submit an online refund request within 60 days of receiving your product.

 

If you still got charged after you cancelled last year you might have another account.  First LOG OUT of whatever TurboTax account you're logged into right now. Then use this TurboTax account recovery website to get a list of user ID's for an email address.  Run the tool against any email addresses you may have used https://myturbotax.intuit.com/account-recovery

You need to contact Support for a refund.

BS.     try to email turbo tax... and you will put your hair out..... sorry don't have enough hair to try again. 

There is only one process for requesting refund and I have now done that three times..........         I have also phone and spoken with Turbo Tax cust service for over 30 hours for an install issue w home/business.. and with help to apply for a refund.

 

So spending more time when your system for communication is terrible, though your cust support folks do try but you have their arms tied behind their back........   By the way i have used turbotax for at least 13 years probably longer............     Here's my refund request info w attachment.

I even followed cust service prompts and worked with cust service to get a refund.  ALL items you request were provided...............  BUT here they are again- included attached pdf file of purchase w price, date, home and business  etc. (Scan 0002 ) WHoops you don't take an attachment......     imagine that.
 
Please refund............    as I have now invested over 30 hours to make the software work and to get a refund for the diskette provided in January 2023.  Original license provided with diskette: [Removed]

I recently received a billing notice via email for invoice # TTWCA151937297 for TurboTax 2020 Federal and State Tax return program.  The order placement date is 10/13/2021.   This is an error on your part since I have previously paid for and filed this service.  Do not submit for payment to my charge card.  Please acknowledge this correction within 10 days or I will be forced to contact my bank to investigate this claim if the charge is made.  Further, I have used TurboTax for the past many years but will not renew the service if this issue is not resolved.
