Every 2024 W-2 you have must be entered on the same tax return.   If you are having trouble with the technology and cannot snap photos or import the W-2's, enter them the old-fashioned way ---key them in by hand.   ALL of your 2024 income must be entered on the same return.  Every one of those W-2's was reported to the IRS by the employers with your SSN on them, so the IRS expects your tax return to match.

Review the W-2 to make sure the picture matches ‌your W-2. If it doesn't, you should delete it and manually enter it.  Review to the TurboTax Help article How do I view and delete forms in TurboTax Online? for instructions to delete a W-2.

Review the TurboTax article How do I take a picture of my W-2 in TurboTax Online? for additional information.

Another option is to import your W-2.  Refer to the TurboTax article and How do I import or enter my W-2?
