I filed my 2021 tax return with TurboTax and never received my refund Intuit received my tax return and was supposed to deposit it into my account and I am still waiting

Once I finally got a hold of into its Bank provider they told me I would be receiving my refund in one to two business days it has been over a week and still nothing from what I have read online from other customers they haven't received theirs either my question is where's my money and how is this legal in any sense of the word

Your tax refund was not sent to TurboTax.   TurboTax does not handle your refund at all.

Santa Barbara Tax Products Group, LLC  (SBTPG) is the bank that handles the Refund Processing Service when you choose to have your TurboTax fees deducted from your refund. This option also has an additional charge from the bank that processes the transaction.
