If you filed with TurboTax in the past, you would be able to find that information if you can access your account.

If you're looking to access a prior year return, go here.

@Shybell021 No one else has access to your records or your account.  We cannot look it up for you based on information you are posting here on a public web site.   You can look at you own past tax returns to find your child's SSN   or as already suggested multiple times in this thread you can check to see if his SSN is on medical or school records etc or you can request a new card from Social Security.

You have to access your own account and/or  print it for yourself using exactly the same account and user ID that you used when you prepared the return.

Many people have multiple TT accounts and forget how to access them.  Log out of the account you are in now.

Or did you use the desktop version of TurboTax?  If so, the files are on your own hard drive or any backup device you used like a flash drive.

Are you able to look at previous year tax returns where the child was claimed?   Were your previous returns prepared in Online TurboTax, and if so, have you located them?  If you're having trouble finding prior Online TurboTax returns, we can tell you how.

In addition to past tax returns, the SSN info may be on school records, medical records, insurance records, and other documents you might have.   Have you also reviewed the other comments in this long thread on this same issue?

Look at a prior year tax return -

To access your prior year online tax returns sign onto the TurboTax website with the User ID you used to create the account - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/

Scroll down to the bottom of the screen and on the section Your tax returns & documents click on Show.  Click on the Year and Click on Download/print return (PDF)

If you used the desktop CD/Download editions installed on your computer, the only copy of your tax data file and any PDF's will be on the computer where the return was created.  TurboTax does not store online any returns completed using the desktop editions.
