How do I get a copy of a return I filed using online TurboTax?
https://ttlc.intuit.com/questions/1900748
Note: Every year, before mid-October, print a copy of your current year tax return and save it as a tax file and pdf, too. That way you will have it when you need it for school, a loan, next year’s tax return, etc. without going through a lot of aggravation (and expense) to get it.

What exactly did you pay for last year? What product edition did you use?
If you paid for a Federal return last year (PLUS or higher), then access to the 2017 return should not be locked. But if you used Free Edition (which had a free Federal return), but paid for a state return, then that does not qualify. Continued access requires payment for a Federal return.
If you DID use a paid edition last year (PLUS or higher), then we can tell you how to talk to Customer Support to troubleshoot.
I started to use federal online but did not finish it. Now I am using turbotax paid for but will not let me finish without paying what

Sorry, but I don't understand what that means or what you are doing. This is an old thread from last year or earlier about getting a copy of 2017 returns. Since you are posting in this topic, are you referring to a 2017 return? Did you start the 2017 return online and are now finishing it in the desktop software (CD/download)?
