I have the same error and have been on the phone with both entities and neither have helped. TurboTax referred me to credit karma and credit karma referred me back to turbo
If you have NOT yet efiled then you can always remove what you do not want before you do file ... in the FILE tab step 1 you must choose to pay the TT fees with a CC/Debit card ... it cannot be by using the Fed refund and then you can remove any unwanted features.

Well actually you cannot and it was not an option, I had to clear data and restart
