"A form 1095-C is not entered on an IRS tax return.  Where asked if you received a Form 1095-A just answer NO."

A Form 1095-C is not entered on a tax return.  When asked if you have a Form 1095-A answer NO.

I did enter it last year, and received a credit; as I paid for it, 1095A is only if you have applied to the marketplace -- no other information if you and your employer pay for it.

There is nothing on the form 1095C to report on your tax return; it is informational only.   The total amount actually paid for your health insurance paid by you and your employer is in box 12 on your W2 coded DD.  This amount is not taxable and is not included in box 1 on your W2.

Form 1095-C shows information on a monthly basis and includes information about the lowest cost employee-only coverage offered to you, not information about the coverage you may have actually enrolled in (unless you enrolled in the lowest cost employee-only coverage).

So yes you paid some portion, but you are not being taxed on it.
