I have used the downloaded version of Turbotax for years, and I downloaded the latest version (Turbotax Advantage). Unfortunately, I also need to have the Business version to act as an estate representative and file estate taxes. My account shows I paid for both, but I can't find any way to download the second product (Business). It only offers an option to remove it. HELP! Thanks.

It is. Both the original order for Turbotax Deluxe and the new order for Business. But the only button or link is to remove it. I did not get an option or prompt to download it.

When you purchased the Business Edition you should have received an email from TurboTax thanking you for the order and a link to download the software. Did you receive the email?
The download account should have the button to Download the software. Since it does not you will need to contact TurboTax support so they can activate the Download for the Business Edition.

I got an email saying my product selection had been updated, and showing both products as purchased (that came from Intuit), but no specific email with download info like we normally get. And, I have tried on multiple days to get to someone on the phone, but after all of the verifications of account, etc. and the notice that the call may be recorded, it hangs up on me. 8 different times with the same experience.

Well, that is a rotten experience trying to get support. It should have been fairly simple to get a call back or for you to get a toll free number to call.

One thing you might try, is to try a different browser. One year, Edge (or was it IE 11) wouldn't allow a download selection for a month or two, where Chrome would. Unfortunately EDGE is using the Chrome software set at some level now...so those two might give the same results, and you may not want to install yet another browser provider. But separately, try any browsers you have anyhow.
