My card has been lost or stolen and I desperately need to cancel and get replacement yet I can’t get through on phone snd forgot user name which cannot be retrieved without the card number in which I don’t have. It concerns me to not be able to report cat missing or stolen. What do I do?

No one in this user forum can access your Visa account or help with it.

Ignore the prompt asking for your card number.  Choose #1 for lost, stolen, or cards never received, then choose #2, enter SS# if prompted and continue following the instructions.
