Log in ... print page if the email receipt is not enough ...  sign in to your TurboTax Advantage account

I no longer have the email receipt nor the order number. Is there still a way to get the invoice?

You sent an email that showed billing me for two systems.  O only need one - the deluxe.   Please correct

@twojps This is a public message board.  You have posted your name and address.  Please return to your message, click on the 3 dots in the upper right corner and Edit you message to remove your name and address.

 

You probably have two accounts for your Advantage subscription.  You will need to cancel one of the subscriptions.

Close all TurboTax windows on your web browser (including this one).  Copy and paste the account recovery website link onto a new web browser window and run the tool.

Use this TurboTax account recovery website to get a list of all the User ID's for an email address.  Run the tool against any email addresses you may have used - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/account-recovery

If none of the user ID's received will access your account, then use the option shown in blue on the account recovery website, "Try something else"
