How do I transfer my extra state turbotax program to a second computer?

I paid for an extra state, using turbotax business 2018, but when using a new computer it seems like I have to pay again for the extra state.

I bought a turbotax cd at costco.  I want to transfer this to mu daughter's computer that doesn't have a cd. How do I do it?

There should be a card in the CD case that says how to download it and you will need the 14 or 16 digit code from it to enter.

But you might have a problem.  There is a problem if you first installed the CD.  It doesn't connect you to an account you can find.  You have to call in and ask for the download and a new License Code.  Hopefully you get a customer service person who know about it.
