Also it looks like you have the LIVE version for extra help and cost.    How to remove Turbo Tax Live.  There are 2 different ways to remove Live depending on how you added it

You post indicates that you are currently using the TurboTax Live Premier online edition.

You check your edition just look in the upper left corner of the online program under the TurboTax logo and name.

To upgrade to a higher TurboTax online edition click on Upgrade on the left side of the online program screen.
