@Terrence1015 No one in the user forum can resolve a billing issue so you will have to talk with customer support. However---you seem very confused. Did you leave out a decimal? Do you mean your fees are $119 ?

No one in the user forum can resolve a billing issue. If you have a question about your TurboTax fees or billing, make sure you use the word “billing” in your request for help. Do not use the word “refund.”

@A4804234 You have posted a screenshot to an old thread that has posts from multiple users. We have no idea why you have posted that or what you are trying to do. Please explain your problem.
I have contacted Turbo Tax twice to get a refund for $139 being as I did not submit my taxes and now realize I missed a step and in order to correct it they tell me I need the Business turbo tax which would cost $199 more . The two people I talked to on the phone said I should and would get a refund as they have 100% guarantee. But when I submitted it twice each time I received a message back stating I would not be getting a refund.
Either you should talk to your customer service so they know what they are doing. I still think I should get a refund, I will never never use Turbo Tax again and I will make sure all my friends on Facebook, texting, email will know the rotten way I was treated

It's not clear which Business product you are referring to. The desktop TuboTax Business for Windows is for dedicated business returns for partnerships, corporations, multi-member LLC, trusts/estates. In this user community we don't know your situation and what all you are doing, but people who file a dedicated Business return generally need a personal product as well for their own personal income tax return.
In any case, since you have already tried to resolve this through the usual support channels, to further get help with your issue you can contact the office of the president of Intuit via the form in the link below. They have a liaison who can (hopefully) help you with your issue, tell you what all you need to do to get into the correct edition, and help with a product refund if necessary. They say they will respond within one business day.

I spoke to Karen in San Diego today. She is a super star. Incredibly good advice. Careful to make sure every thing is understood by me. Turbotax should be very proud in having someone like Karen on the Turbotax team!

Contact DRS - CT.gov This gives you options for phone, email and in person contact. You need to contact CT to determine why they withheld part of your refund. It could have been an offset.
I have been using Turbo tax forever now. Why is it so difficult to speak with them directly when there is an issue? I completed our 2024 return and is going thru the review when the system stated that for my wife, I indicated she has foreign assets. I did not and you cannot go back to correct the wrong selection. I have to abort the entire return and start over as new. This is bloody frustrating. If this is a glitch, please fix it.
When you complete the income section, select done at the bottom and it asks a series of questions, including the foreign assets question.
I get sent to an automated system that is useless that goes in circles. I can't talk to a human. I want to discuss a refund since I was charged for deluxe edition and didn't select that no reason to have with my very simple tax return.
If i talk about refund no matter how detailed i get it refers to refund for state or IRS.
I cant even get a human. Its all chat with AI. It sends me in loops and cant get past the fact I want a product refund not a tax refund from state or IRS.
