Complaint automated system to order prepaid card that never received is broken. When u go thru prompts over and over. For over 30 days cannot get person. Options tell u to put in last four digits of a card I never received. Using my social sec number, zip code and dob. Knowing I selected never received stated..states I see u have 2 cards please verify last 4 digits. Single mom need 5500 now. HELP . ALSO RIP OFF turbo tax cannot help gives same bs or u have to pay 30 for someone going to give same info. No customer service option on either company. U should b ashamed. If dont get response soon. Media will b notified and possible legal. Fix this issue ASAP
I have attempted three times to correct a 1099R that was completed last year and prior years. The amount shown I needed to edit --- I edited it o n the form - went on with filling out my return on line. - I got to 'total income page; and the amount did not change - I kept going in circle --- now - I have hit a brick wall and I will seek another firm to file my returns. Sorry - if someone wishes to contact me - that will be fine
