windows 11, ms surface 8, activation window opens, space to enter code, typing does not enter anything.

How do I enter account code in space in activation window for 2021 desktop download premier tt?

Your actions do not solve problem. TT phone help is bad. Tried three times. Takes hours, automatic sequences, sends multiple emails which do not help. We need a human to problem solve efficiently and effectively.
