I was overcharged too. USAA portal said Premier Turbo Tax would be $55 but when I went to checkout,it charged me $70. I've spent hours on chat and speaking with a specialist and they all say, "No, you have to pay $70"This is wrong. Turbo Tax is advertising for one price and charging you a higher price at checkout. They hope the customer is exhausted from doing taxes and will just pay the higher price. Terrible

Please! I did properly go through the USAA portal - this is a deliberate scheme by Turbo Tax to overcharge customers. I want my money back
TT Customer Service does nothing. They must know that customers are being deliberately overcharged. I need to report this

I’m waiting to get my refund we’re I was over charged. They billed me 89 for 2022 was supposed to be 39 and charged me for 2020 taxes.
Have you contacted our customer support for assistance? If you were charged more than expected, it could be that you selected an option that added an additional fee. If I have already completed the transaction before finding these steps, should I request a refund through the intuit page? Will that stop my federal return from processing? I am very upset that the charges doubled right before I checked out and charged me for 'live' even though I never selected it. There was no way I could remove the charges and I guess I should have just deleted my entire return and started over. I was honestly duped.
