If I have already completed the transaction before finding these steps, should I request a refund through the intuit page? Will that stop my federal return from processing? I am very upset that the charges doubled right before I checked out and charged me for 'live' even though I never selected it. There was no way I could remove the charges and I guess I should have just deleted my entire return and started over. I was honestly duped.
