Once a tax return has been filed it cannot be cleared and started over.
You only need to change or delete what the IRS indicated for the rejected federal tax return.
What does the IRS indicate for the reason the tax return was rejected?
How did the IRS tell you it was rejected? Did you efile or mail it? They normally don't give you a certain time to refile it. 10 days sounds strange. You can fix it and efile it until Oct 16, 2023 or you have 3 years to print and mail it.
If you efiled, you should double check your efile status here,
https://turbotax.intuit.com/tax-tools/efile-status-lookup
When you efile you get back 2 emails. The first email only confirms the transmission. The second email says if the IRS (or state) Accepted or Rejected your efile.
When you log into your account you should also see the status and if it was Accepted or Rejected, Started, Printed, Ready to Mail, etc. What does it say?
I see you';re using the free edition of TurboTax online.
Now do I clear my return and redo it over my taxes was rejected
With the free edition, once you have registered (which is required in order to attempt to e-file) you can no longer clear the return and start over. You just need to identify and fix the problem identified in the rejection message or e-mail you received.
Irs gave me 10 days to refile please help.
Since it rejected it was never filed. And if you didn't pay any fees (for the Free Edition) if you really want to start over you can abandon this account and return and start over in a new account or even go somewhere else.
Online is only good for one return per account. But you can use the same email address for 5 accounts. How to start a new online return

I had no 1095 A form
This IRS reject happens when your return is missing Form 1095-A. If you had coverage through the Marketplace, you should have received a Form 1095-A. If you had coverage and didn't receive a form, you can visit Healthcare.gov to retrieve your form.
If you didn't have coverage, someone in your household could’ve had coverage, and you will need to report their 1095-A on the return.
If no one had coverage and you know that there won't be a Form 1095-A issued. You can certify this on your return by following the steps below:
