How can I get a refund if I was charged twice for my state return?

I realized after I paid that my address was wrong and so I had to redo my state return which caused me to have to pay $50 again

I had a problem with my return and during the discussion with the Support person they had to put in the $19.99 filing fee to get to the proper point in the process. When I went to finalize the return and submit the State return, I had to pay the fee a second time. I paid it again assuming that the error would be caught and the second payment would be refunded. This all occurred on 3/14/20 and our credit card has now been charged twice. Please refund the second payment of $19.99. This involves my State of Wisconsin return.
