How can I eliminate the advertisements that TurboTax sends me via email and text messages?

I am being inundated with emails and text messages from TurboTax every day. I have been using TurboTax since 1995, I don't really intend to stop using it now. PLEASE tell me how to change the marketing settings on my account, or I will consider changing tax software.
