Did you make any changes after you initially entered the 1099R? I would recommend deleting the 1099R and re-entering it manually into TurboTax.
After you have logged in and are in your return in TurboTax Online:
At the financial services screens, click "Change how I enter my form" then "Type it myself"
You also might want to clear your browser cookies. Cookies are small files that temporarily store data on your computer.
