The computer I've been doing taxes on recently became unusable, while I need to amend several years of taxes. I have all my data backed up and I've installed all the previous years of Turbotax on my new computer (I purchased them originally from Amazon and was able to just download them again from my software library). HOWEVER, when I try to open any Turbotax files, I get an error that the state forms are missing. Attempting to connect and download them again, even using a new return, I get a "we're having trouble processing your request" error. The instructions at the link I've pasted below do NOT work. When logging into my Intuit account online, for some reason there are zero downloads showing in my Turbotax account, but I've been using Turbotax Business for 9 years and I've downloaded the state form every single year and paid to e-file it through the program.

What the heck is going on here? Where else can I download the state forms I already paid for? I really need to get on this, deadline to amend is fast approaching...
