FYI: Because this was for Turbotax BUSINESS, none of my previously purchased states were showing in the account they should have been in and I had to call tech support and have them add the states to my account again. I confirmed with them that I was looking at the correct account, and I was told this was an issue with Turbotax Business specifically.
