Forget $80, why has TurboTax charged me $224 to do my taxes

I've seen other people complaining that they were charged $80 to do their taxes? For 2022, they charged me $224. And for the previous three years, it has been $143, $185, and $185. I heard from a co-worker yesterday that they only paid $80 for TurboTax, and I could not believe it. Now, I find out it's true. How can they charge existing loyal customers a premium rate, when you can get it done for $80. And I saw TurboTax 2022 on eBay for $44. They are as bad as the cable TV companies. I shall be calling to complain.
