When I tried to file my state tax, it kept stating that I had hit a minor snag. I was then directed to Prometheus where I made the payment by credit card. When I returned to complete the filing it continued giving the same error message. Help please.

No that did not fix the problem, however, the state on the turbo tax file screen directed me to another site to pay called Paymentus. I made the payment and it is already taken from my credit card. I still cannot move forward on the file screen in turbo tax. Help please
Are you using the Online browser version or the Desktop download program?
Yes, I cleared cookies and cache just as you suggested, but I don't know how to use another browser or incognito window. Appreciate your help. My federal return went as expected filed and paid. And yes I am using the online version.

If you still experiencing this, please call Customer Service and tell them you have a "block payment issues, possibly due to billing or an invalid license" The agent should be able to help you. Refer to the TurboTax Customer Service article.
