Employer state ID blank on W-2

No state ID was entered, blank for box 15. What should I do?

If there are Colorado state income taxes withheld in box 17 and your employer did not enter their state ID number you will have to contact the employer to get the number or get a corrected W-2.

If there are no Colorado state income taxes withheld in box 17 then leave boxes 15, 16 and 17 blank (empty)

Virignia charing underpaymnet of taxes on income from stock diividends although full tax paid upon filing. Why? Nor is inuit calculating the penalty.
